Agency questions

Is there a cost to join the program?
No. Joining as a Firy Chat partner agency is free. We only ask that you meet the program requirements and sign the collaboration agreement.
Which countries is it available in?
We work with agencies in most countries. During the review we confirm availability and terms for your territory.
When are settlements closed?
Settlements are generated for complete monthly periods. Once a period closes, the itemised breakdown is available in your dashboard.
Can I manage several agencies?
Each agreement is tied to one entity. If you run several structures, mention it in your application and we will review it with you.
